The 2012 academic year symbolises growth for the NMMU Business School, having admitted its largest ever class to the MBA programme and growing 69% over the last year. The Business School received a total of 1 616 enquiries throughout the application season, converting 329 of these enquiries into actual applications (286 MBA + 43 BBA/ABP). Once their applications were approved, all applicants were subjected to the remainder of the intensive application process by having to write a psychometric test and undergo a one-on-one interview. A group of 15 NMMU MBA students have been selected to represent the NMMU Business School in the “Young Professional Intercultural (YPI) Training 2012” programme, hosted by the IMA – Institut für Management in Wolfsburg Germany from 20 to 25 May. The students selected onto the YPI programme are all either in the second or third year of the NMMU MBA programme and selection was based on overall academic performance. Read More
